Presskit photo from “Racing Fever” (1964), a B-movie about lust and hydroplane racing. Wish I could tell you more about that boat except that its a mid-size 266 or 280 cubic inch hydroplane, maybe by Lauterbach.

The girl is Barbara Biggart, at the peak of her fame. Not sure I can recommend the film wholeheartedly, but if you want to see it, you can pick up a DVD from Something  Weird Video.
